James "Jimi" Barfield
Jimi, as Broker for Madison Real Estate Group, has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of home construction, development, purchasing and lending. His knowledge is a resource for his team members and for his clients.
Jimi grew up working on housing construction and is a State Certified Builder. He can recognize the integrity of a unit and understand its strengths and limitations. His insight into originating loans acceptable to finance companies, particularly in today's market is an added value to buyers.
Jimi is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Correspondent Lender. He has travelled with companies to set up sales organizations to be efficient and responsive. Now Jimi is focusing his efforts on Madison Real Estate Group - providing Florida with superior  service.

Tina Norris
Tina offers Madison Real Estate Group's clients a "high touch" personal point of contact. Her background in sales and Property Management as well as project manager for new construction gives Tina a keen perception for what clients want and need. Her training in leadership and development has helped her refine an interview process to assist clients with the pre-qualification process to quickly move to the unit selection process.
Tina also is highly experienced in the requirements and documentation needed for a smooth closing process. Because of Tina's attention to detail and concern for the individuals she serves, many clients have come back to her to either purchase again, sell or both.

Roy Selway
Roy joins Madison Real Estate Group with a history of successful sales and management for both commercial and residential properties. He serves Madison Real Estate in the western half of Florida.  Roy's experience spans a decade, and he understands how to navigate in the system.
In addition to Real Estate experience, Roy has an extensive background in Financial Advisement and Planning. His knowledge of money matters aides his clients to smoothly go through the qualification process.
